General Instructions |
Authors are requested to align their submissions with the conference theme and indicate under which subtheme/s the extended abstracts are presented. They should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other conference or publication. Each submission should be sent to ruichss2024@hss.ruh.ac.lk in MS Word format. In case of diagrams/formula developed in any other software that are doubtful, to appear properly in MS Word, you may send a PDF version together with your MS Word file. Each submission must accompany a duly completed Author Declaration Form. If more than one submission is made by the same author, a separate Declaration Form should accompany each submission. |
Guidelines for Extended Abstracts |
Submissions must contain the title, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), abstract and keywords (3 - 5 keywords organised alphabetically). The main text of the abstract must include the introduction and research problem/issue, materials and methods, results and discussions, conclusions, and selected references (Maximum 10). Submissions must not exceed 1800 words, excluding keywords and references. |

The duly completed Author Declaration Form should be attached to the Extended Abstract during the initial submission to ruichss2024@hss.ruh.ac.lk |
